got a new job

i got a call centre dataentry job from sudarsanam associates company.
it is alternative shift for few days(1 week) temporarly morning 10a.m to 6p.m .
after then next first week continously for night shift job night 10.00p.m to morning 6.00a.m and after 2nd week afternoon 2.30p.m to night 10.00p.m.
i told that company ,i am having work so i will come on aug 1st .what can i do,shall i go or not
